About Tofu Basil Veg Noodles Recipe

Monsoon Magic ....Noodles can be healthy if they are full of vegetables.Tofu is high protien so again it is healthy..Here i have used basil leaves that give it a heavenly toch.And cashews ..wah that crunchiness adds to the perfection that will last longer to your tongue.Try out this piping hot and healthy noodles. No ajinomoto recipe .

Tofu Basil Veg Noodles

Ingredients to make Tofu Basil Veg Noodles

  • Noodles packet 200gms
  • Tofu 1 cup
  • carrot 1/2 cut in juliens
  • ginger garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Broccoli Florets. 6
  • 1/2, cup mshrooms sliced
  • Baby corn 1 sliced
  • Basil leaves 8 to 10
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Crushed black peppet 1 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp

How to make Tofu Basil Veg Noodles

  1. Boil noodles adding 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt ,for 10 minutes .Cool them in flowing water and Keep aside .
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick wok.Add ginger garlic and all vegetables one by one.Saute and stir continuously for 5 minutes.
  3. Add noodles and tofu.Keep the heat high .Add all the sauces one by one.Add salt and black pepper.
  4. Add spring onion and basil leaves.Stir.Take out in a plate add fried cashews.
  5. Serve noodles piping hot

My Tip:

Keep everything ready while making noodles. Stir fry veggies and noodles all the time. Use non stick wok so that noodles don't stick.
