Pull Apart Garlic buns

Ingredients to make Pull Apart Garlic buns

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon active yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter

How to make Pull Apart Garlic buns

  1. take the yeast, Sugar & add the warm water and whisk well
  2. let the yeast Bloom, may take 10 minutes
  3. take the flour add the oregano ,salt, butter and the crushed garlic
  4. add the bloomed yeast
  5. mix everything and start making a dough
  6. keep kneading the dough for at least 10 minutes
  7. Oil the dough and keep it in a bowl and let it rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
  8. in this weather it will take atleast 2 hours so keep it in a warm place
  9. the dough has doubled in size
  10. remove the down and knead it
  11. make 7to8 round balls and place them in the baking tray
  12. make sure there is enough space between them let it rest for 1 hour
  13. after an hour the dough balls have raised well now is the time to place them in the oven
  14. place them in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius and bake it for 20 minutes
  15. prepare garlic butter by mixing the crushed garlic and the butter
  16. apply a garlic butter on the hot dance
  17. once again placed these buns in the preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 5 to 6 minutes so the garlic get cooked
  18. They taste amazing as it is or you can serve them with tomato sauce & Chilli flakes

My Tip:

Knead the dough for 10 to 25 mins for softer buns.u can use 1 cup whole wheat flour amd 1 cup flour too
