About Creamy mango waffles Recipe

In my recipe I have made mango flavoured waffles topping with creamy mango mania cream.

Creamy mango waffles

Ingredients to make Creamy mango waffles

  • For mango maniya cream:
  • half cup milk
  • half cup condensed milk
  • half cup milk powder
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • half cup mango pulp
  • half teaspoon mango essence
  • 3 tbsp small mango pieces
  • for mango waffles:
  • 11/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 11/2 cup mango shake (1/2 cup mango pieces+1 cup milk+2tbsp sugar)
  • half teaspoon mango essence
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

How to make Creamy mango waffles

  1. For mango mania cream, in a vessel ,boil the milk and add milk powder. Then switch off the flame.
  2. When it turns in room temperature, add condensed milk,mangopulp and mango essence.
  3. Whipp the cream for 10 to 15 minutes with the help of beater.
  4. Add whipped cream in milk mixture and mix well.
  5. Add mango pieces and keep it in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  6. To make waffles, add all purpose flour,baking powder, baking soda in a bowl.
  7. Add powder sugar, milk powder, essence,malai and mango shake to make smooth batter.
  8. Put it in waffles mould and bake it in 180d for 25 to 30 minutes in preheated oven.
  9. For serving, keep waffles in serving plate, put mango mania cream and garnish with chocolate sauce, glassed Cherri and mango slices.

My Tip:

You can use any flavour you want instead of mango.
