Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled sweet corn
  2. 1 cup gram flour
  3. 1 tsp Ginger Chilli paste
  4. half tsp red chilli powder
  5. Pinch of asafoetida
  6. Pinch of turmeric powder
  7. salt as per taste
  8. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add gram flour, boiled corn,ginger chili paste and all dry spices.
  2. then add some water to make a thick better.
  3. now heat oil in a pan
  4. now drop the corn pakoda mixture, making rough balls into hot oil.
  5. stir occasionally, and fry on medium flame.
  6. fry till the pakora turns crispy and golden.
  7. Serve hot.
