ABOUT Sweet Corn Float RECIPE

Corn is available throughout the year. It is having a sweet and milky texture which is a very good base for ice creams, shakes or soups. It’s also a healthy option.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Corn kernels - 1cup
  2. Milk – 2 cups
  3. Cinnamon powder a pinch
  4. Condensed milk – 2tbsp
  5. Honey – 2-3 tbsp
  6. Garnishing –  Whipped cream sweet 


  1. Take corn kernels. Add them to the pan along with the milk. Bring the mixture to a boil, let corn cook for 5-7 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
  2. Add cinnamon powder. Cook for few seconds. Turn off the heat.
  3. Using a blender, puree the corn kernels. Strain pureed mixture into large bowl.
  4. Add mixture again in the blender; add condensed milk, honey. Blend well. Adjust the honey as per sweetness required.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-3hrs
  6. In a blender take ice(optional) and corn mixture. Blend well.
  7. Pour in a glass, top with sweet whipped cream
  8. Serve chilled.
