Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 sweet corn
  2. 1" cinnamon stick
  3. 1 tsp butter
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4 tsp Black pepper pwd
  6. 1 cube of vegetable stock
  7. 1-2 Bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut the sweet corn in four pieces.
  2. In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients with 2.5 cups of water.
  3. Cook for 2-3 whistles or until sweet corn get cooked.
  4. Serve hot.
