ABOUT Bittergourd rolls RECIPE

Bittergourd rolls is a crisp as well as soft healthy snack recipe. It is made with bittergourd and potatoes mixture. It is easy to make and prepare in less time. U can add boiled peas and grated carrots instead of potatoes to make it more healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled patatoes 3-4
  2. Finally chopped bittergourd half cup
  3. One finally chopped onion
  4. Corn flour two tablespoons
  5. Salt one teaspoon
  6. Red chilly powder one teaspoon
  7. Dry mango powder one teaspoon
  8. Oil for frying two cup

Instructions

  1. Grate potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Add bittergourd, onions, salt and pepper, dry mango powder and corn flour in it. Mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture in to equal parts and shape each portion into rolls.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Deep fry these rolls until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain out on absorbent paper.
  7. Ready to serve.
