Bittergourd is full of vitamin c, vitamin a, calcium, phosphorus and protein. It purifies our blood increase immunity. It helps in removing constipetion improve digesion. It has only 17 calories per 100 gram. We all know that for diabities it is very useful. It is also useful in cancer and other diseases. In daily live if we take it early in the morning we can protect ourselves from many diseases. I made this for every person but for diabitic person only karela cold water and salt are needed in juice. that will beneficial for diabitic person veru much.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 bittergourd
  2. Salt
  3. 1/2 Green Apple
  4. Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
  5. Green chilli - 1
  6. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  7. Black salt
  8. Pepper powder - 1/4 th tsp
  9. Cold water

Instructions

  1. Peel karela and cut in pieces
  2. Remove seeds
  3. Sprinkle some salt over it
  4. Leave it for 10 min.
  5. Cut an apple ,chilli and ginger
  6. Squeeze karela in your hands
  7. Salted juice will out and take it in mixi
  8. Add all ingredients and some water to make a juice of it
  9. Now sieve it and serve it
