I Recreated by using same ingredients.. from Shared recipe of Bittergourd Biscuits.Usually we throw away bittergourd skins..but they also have nutrients in them.so Making use of this bittergourd skins in this form.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2cup of Bittergourd grated skins
  2. 1)4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  3. 1/2 cup jowar Flour
  4. 1 cup wheat flour
  5. 3 tbsp oil
  6. 1tbsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp tumeric powder
  8. 1 tbsp sugar
  9. 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  10. 1tsp white sesame seeds
  11. 1tbsp lemon juice
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Water to bind dough
  14. Oil for frying.

Instructions

  1. Wash Bitter gourd and pat dry with kitchen towel.Peel the skins from 3 bittergourds by peeler..(1/2cup bittergourd skins we..will get )
  2. In binding vessel..add all ingredients..mix well
  3. Bind into Puri like dough with little water.
  4. Make equal portions from dough.
  5. Take one prepared portion roll out medium thick roti..cut into required shapes and prick them with Similarly make with remaining dough portions.
  6. Deep fry in Hot oil..till Crispy.
  7. Store in Airtight container.Serve&Relish BITTERGOURDS-CORIANDER NAMKEEN.
