Ingredients to make Healthy Juice

  • For 1 glass juice
  • Oranges 2
  • Amala 2
  • carrot 1
  • ginger grated 1 tsp
  • mint leaves 5 to 7
  • tulsi leaves fresh 4 to 5
  • Zeera powder/ roasted zeera 1/ 2 tsp
  • 5 spice powder ( optional ) a pinch

How to make Healthy Juice

  1. Chop Carrot, Peel Oranges, chop. Amala
  2. Add mint, Tulsi , Ginger and make juice of all ingredients.
  3. Garnish with Mint leaves and Roasted zeera.

My Tip:

Can add Chat masala for taste.
