Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup Split Black gram (Urad Dal)
  2. 1/2 cup Split Bengal gram (Chana Dal)
  3. 1/2 cup Split yellow gram (Toor Dal)
  4. 1/2 cup Split Green gram (Moong Dal)
  5. 3-4 finely chopped green chillies
  6. 1/4 tbsp Ginger paste
  7. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water as require
  10. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Sock all type of letines Overnight or in day for 6-7 hours.
  2. On next day, drain the water from letines and graind in the mixture.
  3. Add little water while grainding.
  4. Mixture should be thick and smooth.
  5. Now add ginger paste, chilles, pepper powder.
  6. Mix all the ingredients well.
  7. Now take a pan and heat oil.
  8. Using the spoon drop spoonful of better in oil or with help of the hends you can drop the better.
  9. Fry the vada till golden brown. Serve with hot sambhar or daal or mint leaves chutney.
