ABOUT Mango mousse cake RECIPE

Mango mousse cake is rich creamy mousse cake layered between soft sponge cake.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 3 egg
  2. 3/4 cup sugar
  3. Melted butter 100 gm
  4. Plain flour 1 cup
  5. Salt 1/4 tsp
  6. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  7. Milk 1/4 cup
  8. .
  9. Mango puree 2 cup
  10. Whipped whip cream 2 cup
  11. Icing sugar 1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs ad sugar and beat well.
  2. Then add melted butter, vanilla essence, salt and milk. Mix well.
  3. Then fold in flour.
  4. Put this batter in 7 inch diameter pan and bake on 180 C for 30 mins.
  5. .
  6. Mix whipped whip cream, sugar, and mango puree.
  7. .
  8. Cool cake and cut horizontally into 3.
  9. Layer cake with mango mousse icing.
  10. Decorate and set in refrigerate for 2 hours. Done
