Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1 tbsp semolina
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  5. 1 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
  6. Water as required
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix together the wheat flour , semolina , beetroot puree , salt kasuri methi and jeera.
  2. Prepare a dough
  3. Make small balls
  4. Roll out medium sized puris
  5. Deep fry on medium flame
  6. Beetroot puri is ready to serve
