Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chop and boiled beetroot 1cup
  2. Wheat flour 1cup
  3. Salt
  4. Carrom seeds half tsp
  5. Coriander leaves 1tbsp
  6. Ginger paste 1tsp
  7. Oil for frying
  8. For palak puris--
  9. Chop and boil palak 1cup
  10. Curd 2tsp
  11. Salt
  12. Chaat masala 1tsp
  13. Oil for frying


  1. First we make puree of beetroot.
  2. Take flour and add all ingredents mix beet puree also and make a tight dough for puri
  3. Rest for ten min.
  4. Palak puri----
  5. Take flour and add all ingredents.
  6. Add chop and boil spinach and make Puri dough.
  7. Rest for ten min.
  8. Now fry ppuris
