Tasty and easy way to make kids eat palak.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour - 2 cups
  2. Palak - washed and roughly chopped ( 1 cup)
  3. Green chilly - 2
  4. Ginger - small piece
  5. Garlic - 2 cloves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take a mixer jar & blend the palak , green chilly, ginger & garlic to a smooth paste
  2. Now add this paste to the flour
  3. Put salt & knead it well
  4. Keep aside for half an hour
  5. Now take a kadai & heat oil in it
  6. Make small balls & roll to puri shape
  7. Deep fry them from both sides & serve hot with curry of your choice
