We make Palak puri in winters. And it is so healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 1/2 spinach puree (washed and pureed) .
  2. 1 cup wheat flour
  3. 1 cup besan
  4. 4 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 1 tablespoon garam masala
  6. 1 1/2 salt
  7. 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add wheat flour and oil mix it well. 
  2. Now add spinach puree and mix well and add garam masala and salt and besan and mix it well. 
  3. If requires add water if not then leave it.
  4. Kneed it properly and then take some oil and kneed once again.
  5. Now make its small balls roll it with a rolling pin and fry it in oil. Serve it with sauce or curd.
