Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha-soaked-1medium bowl
  2. Suji-4-5tbsp or as per requirement for binding
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Black pepper powder-1teaspoon
  5. Coriander powder-1teaspoon
  6. Pinch of cumin seeds
  7. Pinch of ajwain
  8. Boiled green peas-1/2katori
  9. Chopped onion-1
  10. Chopped tomato-1

Instructions

  1. First make a soft mixture and keep it in refrigerator to set for sometime
  2. Now gently take the mixture in hands and press them in bars with grease hands with little oil.
  3. Now deep fry them. Serve hot with home made green chutnet (made with coriander leaves,raw mango,Apple, Salt, black pepper powder,coriander powder ,jaggery) Thanks Madhu rai kalra
