Ingredients to make Wheat flour jaggery cake

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 150 gm jaggery
  • 1/2 cup vingar
  • 1/2 spoon baking soda
  • 1 spoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream (malai)
  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 spoon
  • Dry fruits almonds cashewnuts pistachios
  • olive Oil 1/4 cup

How to make Wheat flour jaggery cake

  1. Sieve wheat flour, baking powder baking soda and chocolate powder twice and keep aside.
  2. Disslove jaggery into vinegar.
  3. Now mix all wet ingredients in to the jaggery vinegar mixture.
  4. Now add dry ingredients little little nd mix well don't over beat the mixture. Add chooped dry fruits now batter is ready. Pour in to the greased baking dish a,nd bake in to kadahi
  5. For baking first take a wok put one cup salt and fix a stand in it. Preheat for 5 mintues on high flame now adjust baking tin and cover with a lid.
  6. Check by a knife if knife is clean it means cake is ready. Take out the cake and demould. Garnish with dry fruits :-)

My Tip:

In lukewarm vengar jaggeey disslove easily
