Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ragi Flour / Finger Millet Flour : 2 cups
  2. Dry Coconut Powder : 1 cup+ 4 tablespoon extra
  3. One cup of melted ghee
  4. 4 tablespoon of warm milk
  5. powdered jaggery 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the ragi flour until it changes color and allow it to cool.
  2. Melt ghee and add the Ravi flour, jaggery and combine well by stirring continuously
  3. Add the dry coconut and mix well to see that no lumps remain
  4. take the mixture off heat to cool a bit
  5. once cool enough to handle, spread the remaining coconut flakes on a plate
  6. grease you palms with some ghee and create laddoos of the mix and coat them with the coconut flakes by rolling them on the plate
  7. keep airtight
