Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl Ragi flour
  2. 1tblspn salt
  3. 1tspn red chilli powder
  4. 1tspn hing
  5. 2 potatoes cut into sliced

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl of flour.
  2. Add salt , chilli powder and hing to it.
  3. Add water to make the batter.
  4. Cut the potatoes.
  5. Heat the oil
  6. Dip the potatoes one by one in the batter and put in the oil.
  7. Deep fry it.
  8. When it gets brown and crispy .
  9. Serve it with green chutney and sauce.
