Healthy ,light and tasty dessert . With richness of coconut cream and yogurt it is perefect for all age groups . Coconut gives extra punch to the dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Coconut cream 1/4 cup
  2. Yogurt (thick ) 1/2 cup
  3. Mangopulp 1/4th cup
  4. Coconut grated 1tsp
  5. Agar agar 1/4tsp
  6. Mango diced 1 cup
  7. Coconut flakes for decoration


  1. 1. Beat coconut cream in a beater when lightly fluffy fold in yogurt and mango pulp lighty with wooden spoon .
  2. 2. Dissolve agar agar in 2tbsp of water and add to the above mixture . Add gratted coconut . Let it cool in the fridge in for 2 hour . Till it sets . 3 . Roast coconut flakes in microwave for 20sec. It will become crunchy . 4 In a jar or glass layer mangoes then coconut yogurt and decorate it with mangoes and coconut flakes .
