Very delicious dessert, the combination of motichoor ladoo and coconut milk rabdi.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Motichoor laddoo - 4
  2. Coconut cookies 5
  3. Coconut milk 200 ml
  4. Milk maid 1/2 tin
  5. Sugar as required
  6. Fruits as per your choice for garnishing


  1. Take motichoor ladoo and crush it.
  2. Take about 5 coconut cookies and grind in the mixture.
  3. Add cookies mixture in laddo. Mix well with fingers.
  4. Take a ring mould and set this mixture like a cake in fridge for 20 minutes.
  5. Now take coconut milk in heavy bottom pan, cook it and let it reduce.
  6. Mix in milkmaid and some sugar according to taste. Let it cool.
  7. Place motichoor crunchy cake on a plate at the center and pour coconut rabdi around it.
  8. Garnish with chopped fruits as per your choice. Serve it chilled.
