About Motichoor Mint Lassi Recipe

It is a combination of motichoor ladoo, mint leaves and curd. This lassi is one of my favourite lassi made by my mom.

Motichoor Mint Lassi

Ingredients to make Motichoor Mint Lassi

  • Motichoor Ladoo-2
  • curd-2cup
  • mint leaves -4-8
  • sugar-2tbsp
  • kewra Essence-2-3 drops
  • Ice-cubes -7-8

How to make Motichoor Mint Lassi

  1. Take a Mixture grinder jar, add curd, motichoor ladoo, sugar, mint leaves, kewra essence, 1/4 cup water and ice-cubes into it and blend it nicely.
  2. Take a serving glass, sprinkle little ladoos into it and then pour the lassi in the glass.
  3. Garnish it with some small motichoor ladoos and mint leaves and serve it chilled.
