  2. 1 cup all purpose flour
  3. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  4. 1 pinch baking soda
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. Lukewarm. Water fr dough

  1. Vegetable lasagna with home made lasagna sheets, home made cream cheese and ricotta cheese with spinach and vegetables. So Yummy. VEGETABLE LASAGNA Lasagna sheet-1 cup all purpose flour,1/4 tsp baking powder,1 pinch baking soda, lukewarm water( you can add egg here for 11/2 cup flour u need 1 egg) olive oil 1tbsp Mix all together and make a soft dough, keep a side for 10 mnts fr rest, now dust flour or cornstarch on top and make stripes these are not much thin and cut in the desired shape i used square.Boil enough water in a bowl and add 1/2 tsp salt one tsp oil now put all the squares in the boiling water and let them boil till time they start to float on top it takes 7/10 mnts now drain out the water and wash it with cold water nd now drip some oil on that keep a side Spinach and cheese mixture -250 grm spinach clean wash and cut them roughly and blanch them, heat olive oil add some finely chopped garlic and then add blanched spinach saute till water evaporates add freshly ground black pepper and salt .let it cool .mix together ricotta cheese 3 tbsp and cream cheese 3tpst 2 cubes proceed cheese salt black pepper and mix well now add spinach and mix well until incorporate its ready Mix vegetable -sweet corn 2/3 tbsp,red green and yellow bell pepper, mushroom carrots -grated cut all the vegetables not in big size salt black pepper, olive oil ,1 tsp butter 1 tsp chopped garlic Heat the oil now add butter add chopped garlic 1 tsp add mushrooms and bell peppers and saute them fr 2/3 mnts now add rest you can add vegetables of yours choice add salt pepper. Red sauce - 2 big onion chopped,11/2 tsp finely chopped garlic 1/2 kg tomato chopped 1 cup tomato puree ,salt black pepper, oregano Italian seasoning chilli flakes olive oil,1 tsp butter Heat the oil add butter add onion and garlic saute for few mnts now add chopped tomato cook fr 2/3 mnts now add tomato puree and all spices salt cook fr next 2/3 mnts .It done 2tbsp white sauce For assembling--take a square bake and serve dish , spread a thin layer of white sauce now spread 1/3 of your red sauce and now arrange lasagna sheets aft that spread 1/3 of spinach cheese spread now spread vegetable mixture tear few fresh basil leaves nd to add at here if u don't get fresh basil leaf use tulsi , now again arrange lasagna sheets and repeat the same .top with red sauce and spread a good amount of grated mozzarella and Parmer Zan cheese dot with butter .and sprinkle Italian herbs and red chilli flakes .Now cover with foil paper preheat your oven at 180 and bake fr 45 mnts and aft that remove the foil and bake another 20 mnts .Here your vegetable lasagna ready ( All the spread sauce mix vegetable you can make in one day advance )
