Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. chicken boneless:1 kg with bone means :1 1/2 kg
  2. tomato country:5
  3. Bangalore tomato:5
  4. big onion:2
  5. cashew:50 gms
  6. sugar:2 tbsp
  7. cream:1 cup
  8. ginger garlic paste:3 tbsp
  9. turmeric:1 tsp
  10. red chilly powder 1 /2tbsp +1 tbsp
  11. Kashmiri red chilly powder:1/2 tbsp+1 tbsp
  12. hung curd :1 cup
  13. tandoori masala:1 tbsp
  14. sugar:1 to. 2 tbsp depends on how sweet u like it
  15. butter:100 gms
  16. cardamom:4 or garam masala:1 tsp . I don’t like garam masala flavour so I add only cardamom
  17. oil:1 tbsp
  18. kasturi methi crushed :2 tsp
  19. chopped coriander leaf:1/2 cup


  1. first add the clean chicken in a bowl then add turmeric 1/2 chilly powder both curd 1/2 ginger garlic paste. tandoori masala marinate it overnight n shallow fry till juice chicken or place itin a skewers n bbq
  2. in the wok u cooked the chicken add onion sauté add cardamom then ginger garlic paste sauté till raw smell goes
  3. then add tomato cook till mushy
  4. add the chilly powder n all powder
  5. sauté till raw smell goes add cashew cook add 1 cup of water
  6. cook till reduced then cool it blend it to a purée
  7. then strain
  8. in a wok add butter bay leaf sauté add the gravy then add the chicken let it cook and form a gravy consistency
  9. then add the cream
  10. crushed Kasturi methi
  11. coriander leaf cream and butter .
  12. serve hot with garlic naan
