Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Tender coconut water 2 cups
  2. Tender coconut grated 1 cup
  3. China grass 10 gms
  4. Milk maid 1 tin
  5. Sugar 4 tablespoon
  6. Milk 1000 ml
  7. Cherries to garnish


  1. Soak the china grass into 2 cups of tender coconut water for 15 minutes.
  2. In a pan, add whole milk, sugar, milkmaid and boil it. Remove it from the stove.
  3. Boil china grass in a pan till it dissolves completely.
  4. Both milk and china grass solutions are hot. Let the mixture become warm. After few minutes mix them and stir well.
  5. Pour it into square air tight containers and add grated coconut. Refrigerate it for 2 hrs so that the pudding may set well and enjoy the rich taste of tender coconut.
