ABOUT Tender coconut pudding RECIPE

This is a dessert made from tender coconut water, agar and coconut thin layered cream which is found inside the tender coconut and served with either milkmaid or thick coconut milk.

Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. Tender coconut -2 (preferred with thin layer of cream inside and more of water)
  2. Agar agar- 1
  3. Sugar as per taste
  4. Milkmaid- 1 bowl
  5. Thick coconut milk -1 bowl

Instructions

  1. Take a vessel, add the tender coconut and crush the agar agar properly. Soak the agar agar in tender coconut till it's completely transparent.
  2. Take a wok, add the above ingredients and keep stirring for around 10 minutes. Add sugar as per taste and do not over cook as it will become too hard. Once it is cooked, pour in a mould or a plate. Before pouring, make sure to grease a plate or mould. Keep it aside for cooling, once its cool keep it in the fridge to chill.
  3. Serve alongside milkmaid or coconut milk mixed with milkmaid.

hi please tell me that do you mix coconut milk and milkmaid in the pudding also or just to serve with it
