ABOUT Mango Khova Coconut Burfi RECIPE

This burfi has a soft texture,with a balanced taste of mango,coconut and khova.

Ingredients Serving: 12

  1. 1 1/2 cup grated coconut(skin removed).
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened khova.
  3. 1/3 cup sugar.
  4. 1/2 cup mango puree (Alphonso mango)
  5. 1/2 tesp cardamom powder.
  6. Sprinkles to garnish( optional ).

Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. Dry roast grated coconut till you get a nice aroma.
  3. Add khova,mango puree and sugar.
  4. Keep stiring tell it leaves the sides of the pan.
  5. Once it turns to a lump add cardamom powder.
  6. Stir well and transfer to the lined tray.
  7. Spread and pat gently 1/4" thick.
  8. Shape with a cookie cutter,and garnish with sprinkles.
  9. Soft and tasty mango khova coconut burfi is ready.
