Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Home made chhena- 1 k.g milk ka
  2. Fresh Mango Puree-1/2 cup
  3. Milk powder-1/4 Cup
  4. Powder Sugar-1/4 Cup
  5. Mango Essence- 1 tspn.
  6. Kaju & Tooti-fruiti for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take home made chhena mash with palm continuously till then soft.
  2. Take non-stick kadai on gas put chhena and saute for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Add fresh Mango Puree stir till then bind well.
  3. Add milk powder, powder sugar and mango essence. Keep aside for cool.
  4. Grese plate put chenna mango bater on it plan it and garnish with Kaju and tooti-fruiti.
  5. Yummy mango flavor burfi is ready to eat.
