For koftas
1 squeeze the water of bottle guard through a muslin cloth.
2 in a big bowl mix paneer bottle guard, gram flour, salt black papper, Chopped green chillies, Chopped nuts, and coriander leaves and mix well.
3 make small. Ball and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and keep aside on kitchen towel.
For gravey
4 make a paste with onion, garlic, cashew nuts, almonds, water melon seeds, ginger, poppy seeds seasme seeds. Green chillies. Grind well.
5 now heat 4 tbsp oil in a heavy bottom. Pan and add cumin seeds cinnamon brown cardamon, now add the paste cook until oil get separate now add cream and curd and cook for next 5/7 mnts.
6now add red chilli powder turmaruc powder salt cook fr next 2 mnts and add 1 cup water and cook on low flame for next 5 mnts sprinkle crushed methi leaves. Here your gravey is ready
7 arrange kofta in a tray pour hot gravey on that and serve with puri, paratha.
