Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup atta
  2. 4 ripe banana
  3. 4 tablespoons suji or Rava
  4. 4 tablespoon sugar
  5. 1/4 tablespoon salt
  6. 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  7. 1/2 cup grated Coconut
  8. oil
  9. Water as per requirement

Instructions

  1. :point_right: 4 ripe banana :point_right: 4 tsp Sugar or as per your taste :point_right: 1/4 tsp salt :point_right: 4 tsp suji or Rava :point_right: 1 tsp Fennel seeds ( Pana madhuri ) :point_right: 1/2 cup Grated coconut
  2. 2 cup atta
  3. :point_right: First take a bowl and mashed all the banana and Mix all the ingredients with banana and make batter like idly batter with adding water as per requirement
  4. :point_right: Now heat a pan grease few oil :point_right: Pour batter , and sprinkle few oil on it :point_right: Shallow fry both the sides till golden brown in slow medium flame
  5. :point_right: Now serve hot
