Ingredients to make Malpua flavored ragi oats and atta mini pancake

  • Oats flour 1/2 cup
  • Ragi flour 1/2 cup
  • atta 1/4 cup
  • Jagerry 1/2 cup (as per your taste)
  • elaichi and sauf powder 1 teaspoon
  • cottage cheese 1/4 cup
  • curd 2 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil or ghee to make the pancake

How to make Malpua flavored ragi oats and atta mini pancake

  1. Take the jagerry with half cup of water and dissolve it by heating. No need to boil, it should just dissolve.
  2. Take ragi flour, oats flour, atta, a pinch of salt, elaichi and sauf powder and mix well
  3. Now add the jagerry mixture to this and mix, add water.
  4. Then add curd and cottage cheese
  5. Mix everything well and form a medium thickness batter, it shouldn't be too thick or runny
  6. Keep the batter for fifteen minutes, it might thicken up because of oats then add little bit water.
  7. Heat a non stick tava, brush some oil or ghee and pour a ladle of batter
  8. Cook the pancakes from both sides till they turn Brown.
  9. Serve hot.
