Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For oats besan pancake
  2. One cup besan and 1/2 cup oats
  3. For besan pancake: one cup besan
  4. 1/2 spoon red chilli
  5. 1/2spoon salt
  6. 1chopped onion
  7. 1 pinch turneric powder
  8. 1/2 spoon salt as per ur choice
  9. 1 green chilli chopped
  10. Ajwain 1)2tbspn
  11. Sauf 1tbspn
  12. hing pinch
  13. oil
  14. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take two bowl . One bowl for oats besan pancake one for besan pancake
  2. Same ingredients put in each bowl ..
  3. We make firstly oats besan pancake
  4. Pour all dry ingredients except oil n water in both bowl separate ,
  5. Pour water in bowl as for pouring consistency
  6. Stir the batter in one direction as no lumps found in that finely
  7. Heat a pan or dosa tawa , check it hot or not , pour the laddle, spread it in round shape
  8. Pour oil in the corners of pancake or chilla
  9. Flip it with spatula , gas on high when you put laddle , n oil medium after half cooked
  10. When cooked check , from both sides , crispy you want for more time you cook Ready to serve hot with karam Same receipe of both pancakes .. only oats is different. In this pic oats besan pancake or chilla

  12. I served with full of ghee badami halwa (receipe not mentioned if you want ask me in comments) king like breakfast as karam , badami halwa , oats besan pancake , besan pancake
  13. Karam receipe Take ten red chillies soaked for ten minutes
  14. Karam, south Indian chutney receipe mentioned below
  15. Take one whole garlic pods
  16. Two onion
  17. Four tomatoes
  18. Grind all ingredients in chutney jar ,
  19. Heat oil (2tbspn)in a pan
  20. Crackle jeera , mustard seeds , curry leaves ,
  21. Pour chutney jar mixture
  22. Put salt stir continuously otherwise stick to bottom
  23. Cook till oil separates on SIM flame
  24. Ready when pan release oil , off the gas
  25. Serve kaaram with pancake or chilla , or childa Or dosa , idlli , parantha , Puri of any tipes Believe me it's very yummy n relicious ..
