Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 20g Oats
  2. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. 1/2 cup Ragi flour
  4. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  5. 80g chilled butter
  6. 2 tbsp milk
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  8. 60g Jaggery powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add ragi flour , wheat flour and baking powder. Mix all yhe dry ingredients.
  2. Then add butter , vanilla extract alternately. Mix it very well.
  3. Now add oats and jaggery powder to it and mix well.
  4. Gradually mix milk into it and knead the dough.
  5. Keep it in fridge for about half an hour to set.
  6. Grease the baking tray with butter and then cut the dough into desired shapes .
  7. Bake it in a preheated oven for about 15 mins.
  8. Enjoy the ragi crunchies with hot cup of tea.
