Instant Apple Jalebi

Ingredients to make Instant Apple Jalebi

  • apples 2
  • maida 4 tsp
  • sugar 2 cups
  • water 1 cup
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Dry fruits for garnishing - handful
  • oil for frying

How to make Instant Apple Jalebi

  1. Make maida batter slightly runny and keep aside.
  2. Wash apples then peel them into roundels.
  3. Prepare sugar syrup of one thread consistency.
  4. Dip apple pieces in the maida batter and deep fry them in the oil till golden brown.
  5. Shift into hot sugar syrup as we do for jalebis.
  6. After 5 minutes, take apple pieces from sugar syrup and garnish with dry fruits.
  7. Enjoy your instant apple jalebi.
  8. Serve hot or cold according to your preference.

My Tip:

Sugar syrup should be of one string consistency.
