Pumpkin leaves cooked with Jack fruit seeds

Ingredients to make Pumpkin leaves cooked with Jack fruit seeds

  • 1/2kg pumpkin leaves
  • Jack fruit seeds 10
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves paste
  • 1 inch ginger paste
  • 1/2 tea spoon sugar. Optional
  • Red chili, turmeric and salt

How to make Pumpkin leaves cooked with Jack fruit seeds

  1. Cut and wash all the vegetables. Leave it in water til you heat the pan.
  2. Add mustard oil to the pan. Once hot add onions and ginger garlic. Let it become golden. Then add the vegetables with Jack fruit seeds and potatoes. Stir a bit and add salt , turmeric and chili. It will start leaving water.
  3. Let it cook in its own juices. Put the flame on low and keep it covered. Stir occasionally.
  4. If water dry up to quickly add little water and cover. It will be done once potatoes are cooked. Serve with rice.
