Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 grams pumpkin
  2. 1,1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
  3. 1/2 cup of sugar
  4. 1 table spoon of ghee
  5. 4-5 crushed cardamom seeds
  6. 2 pinch of black pepper powder
  7. 2 table spoon of milk
  8. Crushed almonds

Instructions

  1. Grate the pumpkin and remove the peel and remove access water from it
  2. In a pan heat the ghee and add crushed cardamom seeds
  3. Add grated pumpkin and fry it
  4. When it gets dry add coconut powder in it and mix it well
  5. Add black pepper powder and mix well let it cool completely
  6. In a pan add sugar and milk make thick sugar syrup(ek taar ki chasni)
  7. Add the mixture with this syrup and cook, stir consistently when get dry take away and cool completely
  8. Make small size laddu with this dough role it with powdered coconut and put into the fridge for set
  9. Garnish with crushed almonds
  10. Enjoy the yummy coconut pumpkin laddu
