Ingredients to make Nadia Pachadi

  • curd 1 cup
  • Fresh grated coconut half cup
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • to green chilli
  • 1teaspoon grated ginger
  • For temper
  • one teaspoon oil
  • two dry red chilli
  • one fourth spoon rai
  • curry leaves

How to make Nadia Pachadi

  1. In a bowl add curd and some water and Beat them well
  2. Then add salt and sugar according to your test
  3. Now add grated coconut Green Chili and grated Ginger in curd
  4. Now heat a Tadka pan add some oil
  5. When the oil is hot then add Same rai curry leaves and red chilli
  6. make a temper and add into curd and coconut mixture
  7. and mix it well,now it's ready to eat, Serve With Roti chapati paratha or rice,
  8. enjoy the delicious nadia pachedi.

My Tip:

Use fresh curd,& coconut for good taste.
