it's a very healthy and nutritious food for all of us everybody can eat, u can eat when u fasting,

Nadia,sagu,muga chakta

Ingredients to make Nadia,sagu,muga chakta

  • fresh grated coconut half cup
  • 1 cup soaked sagoo
  • 1 cup soaked green moong
  • 1 cup boiled milk
  • two chopped ripe bananas
  • 1 chopped ripe mangoes
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 cup chopped grapes
  • sugar or Honey according to your test

How to make Nadia,sagu,muga chakta

  1. wash the green moong and remove the skin
  2. now wash soaked sagoo also
  3. mixing bowl add wash Sagoo and soaked moong dal
  4. now add grated coconut and milk
  5. there add all chopped fruits
  6. mix it all together
  7. At last add sugar or Honey according to your test
  8. mix it well and now it's ready to eat

My Tip:

Serve chilled ,for better taste
