Bhakarwadi

Ingredients to make Bhakarwadi

  • 1 bowl greated sugar
  • 1 bowl boil mashed potatoes
  • 1 bowl peanuts
  • 1 bowl till white
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 /2 tbsp red chilli
  • 1 bowl refined flour ang gram flour

How to make Bhakarwadi

  1. Add oil in kadai add potatoes and saute it now add till coconut all peanut roasted .
  2. Add dry spices now.mix well rest for 1o mn.
  3. Now roll flour u knead stuff mixture in full roti.
  4. Now roll it and cut in pieces......take refined flour in hand to cover potatoes...
  5. Deep fry it serve with sauce...

My Tip:

U can add onion also or can avoid ginger garlic paste..
