It is too delicious n very healthy n easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cottage cheese 250 gram
  2. Sugar 1/4 cup
  3. Grated ginger 1tablespoon
  4. Coconut powder 1/2 cup
  5. Spinach puree 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a pan..
  2. Add sugar n grated ginger in it n cook it on slow flame till sugar gets properly melt .
  3. Then add coconut powder n grated cottage cheese in it n cook it on slow flame till it become dry.
  4. Then divide this mixture into two parts.
  5. Add spinach puree in one part n cook it on slow flame till it become dry.
  6. Then spread both mixture on silver foil
  7. N roll it..
  8. Keep it in freeze for 3 hour..
  9. Then roll it in coconut powder
  10. Cut pieces n serve chilled.
