For bottomed layer
Chocolate cake 1/2 kg
Coconut powder
Milk 5 teaspoon
For the middle layer
Cream cheese 200 gm
Milk 1/4 cup
Coconut milk 1/2 cup
Castor Sugar 1/2 cup
For the upper layer
Coconut water 1/4 cup
Milk 2 tablespoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Coconut flavor essence 1/8 tsp

Instructions

First we'll make bottom layer, for that lightly grind chocolate cake.
Ad coconut powder and milk.
Mix well, and lay evenly on greased spring form pan.
Refrigerate it for 2 hour or until set in freezer.
For the middle layer, we we'll combine cream cheese, sugar, coconut milk and milk.
Beat up to 4 minutes till get smooth texture.
Take out the pan from freezer and lay the second cream cheese layer over it.
Spread evenly with spatula. Keep in freezer for 2 hours.
For the last layer heat milk in non stick pan till boil.
Ad sugar, agar agar powder, coconut flavour essence and mix well.
ad coconut water, stir constantly.
Take out the tin from freezer.
When thicken Remove from heat and pour over the cream cheese layer.
Let it on room temperature and keep in freezer for 1 hour.
1 hour later, take out from freezer, remove from pan.
Cut into desired shape and serve chilled
