Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For base of cheese cake
  2. 12-15 digestive biscuits
  3. 2 tbsp almond flour
  4. 1tbsp Sugar
  5. 2 tbsp melted butter
  6. For cheese cake
  7. 300 gms cream cheese
  8. 100 gsm sour cream
  9. 2 egg
  10. 120.gms powdered sugar
  11. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  12. 1 tbsp flour or cornflour
  13. 1 tsp vanilla.essence
  14. 2 tbsp chopped cherries rolled in flour
  15. For cherry comporte
  16. 2 cup fresh cherries
  17. 4 tbsp sugar
  18. 1 tbsp lemon .juice


  1. For base crush digestive biscuits
  2. Add sugar,melted butter,.almond flour to crush biscuits and.mix well.
  3. Press this mixture in lined spring foam tin.
  4. Chill this in fridge for 30mins
  5. Now blend cream cheese and.sugar in a bowl.
  6. To this add egg one by one .
  7. Then add flour, vanilla essence, lemon juice and sour cream.
  8. Mix well
  9. Add chopped cherry rolled in flour and mix well
  10. Pour this over chilled base
  11. Place springfoam tin in a baking tray .
  12. Add boiling water to baking tray.
  13. Bake in a.preheated oven at 160 degree for 60 mins or till it is done
  14. Let cake remain in oven for 30 mins
  15. Allow it to cool on .cooling rack.
  16. Refrigerate cake for at least 3 hr and then demould.
  17. For cherry comporte cook sugar and cherry till it is soft
  18. Add lemon.juice and switch off flame.
  19. Cool it and pour over cake
