Ingredients to make Mozzarella cheesy bake

  • 250 grams White flour/cake flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Cups water
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tspn pepper
  • 1 tspn oregano
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tspn oil or butter to saute
  • 300 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • For sauce base:-
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 Cup tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 tspn vinegar
  • 1 tspn red chilli / Paprika powder
  • Dry sweet cherries for garnish

How to make Mozzarella cheesy bake

  1. Make a semi flowing batter of the flour.
  2. Add salt and sugar as per taste.
  3. Beat well, keep aside.
  4. Make Sauce:-
  5. Take garlic paste and mix in tomato puree.
  6. Heat oil or butter as choose to in a fry pan.
  7. Now add the tomato puree and salt, red chilli or paprika powder and pepper.
  8. Let this mix simmer 5minutes.
  9. Remove from flame, add tomato sauce and mix well.
  10. Now heat a griddle and grease and start making thin small pancakes/wraps of the dough prepared.
  11. Remove each pancake till done but not brown, on a flat tray.
  12. Cool pancakes and add the grated Mozzarella cheese sprinkle oregano and fold these into triangles.
  13. Take a baking tray and spread the sauce made by you.
  14. Place each folded triangle wrap in sauce.
  15. Sprinkle some cheese here there (optional).
  16. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for ten minutes leave for five minutes in hot oven and serve hot garnished with fruity dry sweet cherries

My Tip:

Those who use eggs can add egg in the pancake flour . Try do the pancakes soft Use within 1 hour of cooking
