Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mozzarella sticks - 6 (mozzarella cheese cut into long slices )
  2. Processed cheese slices -1 (cut into 6 equal sticks)
  3. Bread slices - 6
  4. Maida - 1/2 cup to coat
  5. Eggs 2, to coat
  6. Breadcrumbs to coat, 1 cup
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper as per taste
  9. Mixed herbs of choice
  10. Chilly flakes as per taste
  11. Oil for deep frying


  1. Cut the mozarella cheese into long sticks or according to size of bread.
  2. Now cut the edges of the bread.
  3. Take an egg in a bowl and whisk it. Add salt, pepper, mixed herbs and chilli flakes in it.
  4. Now take a bread slice and roll it with a rolling pin to make it flat.
  5. Take the processed cheese slices and mozzarella slices and put on one end of the bread slice and start rolling till other end.
  6. Fix it with some water at the edges.
  7. Seal from all sides so that cheese does not come out while frying.
  8. Make all the slices like this.
  9. After that first coat it in egg batter and then with the breadcrumbs coating.
  10. Fry in oil until golden brown.
  11. Serve these cheesy mozzarella sticks hot with your choice of sauce.
