Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 litre milk
  2. 2 teaspoon of desi ghee
  3. 150 grams sugar
  4. 1 tbsp glucose
  5. 2 tablespoon of water
  6. half cup chopped dry fruits

Instructions

  1. Add milk in the deep bottomed pan and sugar low the flame and let the milk simmer till it reaches half of quantity and thicken.
  2. Add glucose and stir well then add ghee in the milk and cook for next12-15 minutes till the ghee starts leaving sides.
  3. By now the mixture will be dark in colour add desicated coconut and water & stir it for more 2-3 minutes.
  4. Take a metal tray Greece it with ghee switch off the flame spread the grainy dark mixture on the tray. spread it evenly
  5. Topped it up with chopped Dryfruits & keep it in refrigerator for 3-4 hours
  6. Take it out, cut in desired shape and serve.
