Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Fresh coconut 1
  2. Milk 1 liter
  3. Sugar 6 tbsp
  4. Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Silver varak 2


  1. Peel the coconut and cut it in small pieces.
  2. Grind it.
  3. In a pan, bring the milk to a boil.
  4. Simmer the gas and add the ground coconut.
  5. Cook it on a low gas till all the milk is absorbed in coconut.
  6. Add sugar.
  7. Stir till sugar is properly mixed, add elaichi powder.
  8. Take it out on a greased plate.
  9. After sometime, cut it in pieces and stick vark on it.
