Coconut Burfi

Ingredients to make Coconut Burfi

  • 2 cups coconut powder
  • 5 tsp condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • A pinch of green food colour
  • almonds to garnish

How to make Coconut Burfi

  1. Take a heavy bottomed pot and put in all the ingredients except for the almonds.
  2. Cook till it becomes thick or of a burfi consistency.
  3. Pour this mixture into a greased plate.
  4. Cut desired shapes and garnish it with almonds.

My Tip:

Cut the burfi pieces before the mixture cools down.
