Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. one small tin milkmaid
  2. 200 grams dry coconut powder
  3. 2to 3 drop red food colour
  4. Almonds for Garnish
  5. half teaspoon kewra essence
  6. half teaspoon ghee for greasing thali


  1. Take heavy bottom Kadai and put it on a low flame at gas stove
  2. Pour the Milkmaid into the kadai
  3. also mix dry coconut powder into milkmaid
  4. mix both on low flame for 5 minutes
  5. after 5 minutes switch off the gas and mix the kewra essence
  6. Separate one-fourth of mixture in a small bowl
  7. And spread remaining three- fourth mixture to a greased thali
  8. In one fourth mixture add food colour and mix it properly
  9. Spread the red colour mixture onto the mixture spread on thali
  10. Pressed the mixture slightly
  11. garnish it with the chopped almonds
  12. Cool it for 1 hour. after 1 hour cut into pieces
