Paneer in coconut gravy made un very short time and different taste too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer -250gm
  2. Lemon juice-1tbsp
  3. Oil-1tbsp
  4. Ginger,garlic paste-2tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  7. Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
  8. Coconut milk- 1 1/2cup
  9. Green chillies -3slit
  10. Onion chopped -2med.
  11. Few curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Apply salt , lemon juice on paneer rectangular pieces and keep aside for 15 min.
  2. Take a pan add oil than add mustard seed when pop up than add Curry leaves fry it
  3. Now add onion,ginger,garlic saute 1min.one by one add green chillies cook until onion soft and translucent.
  4. Add paneer pieces, cook for a min. in high heat covered pan
  5. Lastly add coconut milk adjust salt and cook on low flame about 10 min. Covered pan.
  6. Our paneer Moily is ready serve hot with steamed rice
